Place all-purpose flour in a shallow bowl and set aside. In a separate shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Set aside.

Beat the eggs lightly in a third shallow bowl and set aside.

Dip each mozzarella stick into flour, ensuring full coverage. Then coat them in beaten eggs followed by the breadcrumb mixture. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 10 minutes.

Remove sticks from the freezer and repeat dipping them in egg and breadcrumb mixture to add a second layer. Place back on parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for another 15 minutes until fully frozen.

Five minutes before cooking, preheat air fryer to 390°F (approximately 199°C).

Place frozen mozzarella sticks in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Cook for 6 minutes, turning or cooking in batches if necessary.

Serve immediately garnished with fresh parsley and accompanied by marinara sauce for dipping.
