Crispy tortillas topped with seasoned beef, beans, enchilada sauce, and melted cheese make a delicious meal.

# Ingredients Needed:

→ Meat

01 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Seasoning

02 - 1 packet taco seasoning
03 - 0.75 cups water

→ Beans

04 - 1 cup refried beans

→ Sauce

05 - 0.5 cup enchilada sauce

→ Dairy

06 - 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

→ Tortillas

07 - 6 flour tortillas (8-inch diameter)

→ Oil

08 - Vegetable oil for frying (approximately 3 cups)

# Step-by-Step Directions:

01 - In a large skillet, brown and crumble ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess grease. Return beef to skillet, add taco seasoning and water, stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot. Fry tortillas one at a time for 2 to 4 minutes, flipping frequently, until both sides are crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
03 - Warm refried beans in a microwave-safe bowl until soft and spreadable, about 1 to 2 minutes.
04 - Spread a generous layer of refried beans on each fried tortilla. Top with seasoned beef. Place a second tortilla on top. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of enchilada sauce on the top tortilla, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
05 - Arrange assembled pizzas on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (204°C) for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly. Serve immediately with preferred toppings.

# Helpful Hints:
