Combine olive oil, seasoned rice vinegar, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried rosemary, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon slices in a sealable plastic bag. Mix thoroughly by shaking.

Add chicken breasts to the bag, remove excess air, seal, and massage marinade into chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably longer for enhanced flavor.

Place marinated chicken on grill, discard excess marinade. Optionally place lemon slices on top or on indirect heat nearby for presentation and flavor infusion.
