Place raw ground beef into a 5 to 6 quart oval slow cooker and break it apart with a spatula.

Add taco seasoning and salsa to the ground beef and combine thoroughly.

Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Break up meat further during cooking to achieve desired texture.

Use as a filling for tacos, salads, or other desired dishes.
