01 -
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking into crumbles. Drain excess grease.
02 -
Stir in taco seasoning until evenly distributed. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 -
In the same or separate skillet, sauté chopped onions and bell peppers over medium heat until softened, approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
04 -
Combine nacho cheese sauce and drained Rotel tomatoes in a mixing bowl, stirring until smooth.
05 -
Lay flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a layer of nacho cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
06 -
Top the cheese layer with a spoonful of sour cream, sautéed onions and bell peppers, seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, and a sprinkle of crumbled Doritos.
07 -
Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll tightly from one end to the other to form burrito-style wraps.
08 -
Place wraps in a heated skillet over medium heat. Toast each side until golden brown and crispy, turning carefully to avoid tearing.
09 -
Cut wraps in half if desired and serve immediately while warm. Optionally, pair with extra nacho cheese sauce or sour cream for dipping.
